Fronted by Fergie between 2002 and 2018, the Black Eyes Peas held the top two positions on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2009 with the songs "I Gotta Feeling" and "Boom Boom Pow".

Before becoming a superstar solo artist, Harry Styles was a member of the globally successful boy band "One Direction", which was formed on the British singing competition show "The X Factor" in 2010. Harry was discovered as a solo contestant on the show, but the judges decided he and four others would do better as a group than as solo artists.

The English singer born Reginald Kenneth Dwight in March 1947 legally changed his name to Elton Hercules John in 1972. He chose the middle name Hercules after a horse in a British sitcom ("Steptoe and Son") that he loved. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 1998.

Now a museum open to visitors, Paisley Park is a recording studio and estate once owned by the legendary musician Prince. Located in Chanhassen, Minnesota, it was named after one of Prince's 1985 songs and became a centerpiece for his music production. The complex houses recording studios, video editing suites, and even a private nightclub. 

Eminem's 2013 song "Rap God" holds a Guinness World Record for most words in a hit single. The track contains 1,560 words and lasts for six minutes and four seconds, and in one particular segment, the rapper delivers ninety-seven words in just fifteen seconds.
