Iconic American rock band The Eagles released the legendary album "Hotel California" in 1976, which has sold over 32 million copies worldwide. Despite common misconceptions, the album was not recorded in a California hotel, but rather at the Criteria Studios in Miami, Florida.

Jodie Foster stars as the twelve-year-old prostitute, Iris, in the 1976 film "Taxi Driver". Her portrayal earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
